What I find wierd is people sitting on the bid side at .039 etc.
If it's announced that ski aren't taking up the 20% you don't want to be sitting there because you'll end up with a stock that will go even lower.
If ski take up the 20% then there will be a halt and you won't get a buy either.
It's fence sitting at its finest with 2 weeks left.
