For this very reason they have explored economical source of finance & are rubbing shoulders with govt departments / NAIF . The more i read on finance the more certain it gets for Qld Govt to support this project so that it can support back the economy .. give us concessional low interest loan & we will reinvest the money in the local economy & will pay back the loan .. 

if you don't support us we go to outside parties for debt requirements & pay high interest cost & in that case we will closely monitor the costs & spend the money where we get best value instead of spending within local communities as we can't afford to pay high interest & also not explore our options for cheapest resources .
