Remember that SKI is not much interested in dividends from SKI..they want reliable source of metal, and some control.
Also to be noted that plenty of improvements to come with optimised BFS, and NAIF funding is not in BFS scenario, so if that eventuates, great effect on IRR and payback period due to reduced interest costs on debt
