    I own both AUZ and Clq. I want both to get up. But I don't think Sunrise gets up unless sconi does.
    And obviously AUZ wants sunrise to get up as they've already stated they will piggy back onto the infrastructure for Flemington.

    Therefor lowering AUZ capex.
