I think BGL are unlikely as they have their own plant. Also seem to be flavour of the month because of their grades, so they have no issues raising capital so would probably want to stay independent. No doubt NST would love to get their hands on them.

YRL is a bit too early stage IMO with lots of exploration needing to be done. I think HMX would be more likely because of their tenements that are on trend with EAR's. Would make sense to lock up the whole trend so NST could build out resources in time as per their model.
