HMX shareholders still need to vote on the yandal acquisition, so there is nothing going on there. Also HMX tenements if approved is only 100 square klms from memory. I don’t think a merger is on the cards. EAR has a plant and income to fund exploration. Could even buy YRL, market cap is only 10 mill.
