meanwhile average ear share price 15 to 16 c over the last two weeks

if taken over ?
would this not put the acquirer in the pound seat with regards to the many satellite companies with gold in the ground but no plants ( and local companies already producing with capacity constraints )
also many in the industry believe we are in a gold bull market still to reach fruition ?
but i still firmly believe it would be better for shareholders, if the company were to stand alone
and not succumb to any low ball offers that might transpire
just thinking out loud
