Clever, clever. Well done and done quietly and cleanly. BGA is well and truly starting to grow up beyond a milk based company. For what it is worth it is rather nice to see Vegemite come back into aussie hands again too.
No more wondering if BAL is on their radar for a take-over...not likely now and besides BAL are starting to become a rather unsavioury proposition at the moment.
