Synergies are awesome and real in this deal.
Wait till they bring back the Vegemite Adverts and add Cheesy derivations of it and market it so much better and even include it in Bega Cheese packets etc.
The deal a winner for sure. It was for Kraft and they didnt know how to market it. Bega wont have that problem.
This is a company maker and restores alot of faith in Bega Cheese.
One Hellaovadeal. Australian super funds will buy this in droves and there isnt much stock. It was all debt.
Everyone is fighting for shares.
