I got this email today in reply to the view I expressed that if there were a capital raising it should be pro-rata. I would be guessing that a capital raising is now not needed at all. I'm a very relaxed Bega holder: I reckon management is on the ball and long-term prospects are excellent.
Thank you for your email and comments regarding a capital raising. The Board has made no decision on a capital raising at this time. As you would be aware we have just completed a large transaction with Mead Johnson. I will be sure to share your comments with the Board and I appreciate you taking the time to communicate your thoughts to me.
My apologies for the slowness of my reply as you commented it has indeed been a very busy time.
