Balance sheet now looks terrible, and a big punt on one brand that is overloaded with salt as the world is trying to deal with diet related health issues. At least they say that the spreads industry is growing at 5%.
I'd be very annoyed if I previously was invested in a low risk business, that suddenly has been turbogeared. Looks like some sort of ego issue surfacing to me.
