response didn't mention they didn't pay their portion of cost re JV, saying the tenement is not of value to them is meaningless. if that give it up, but of course still have to pay. and what of the claims about any gold that might have been processed what of the 'in confidence' paper work they don't want to share with MEU.
as i posted on other announcement smell of total delaying tactics... but to what end.
they didn't do theri duediligence when list re their JVs or holdings. they have decided from the beginning that the tentment wasn't a focus for them, and any responisblilithy would just be ignored, but issue for them is they own money and agreeed to pay it but have not, this incurring cost to MEU, in so doing are liable, but of course havnt paid.... so MEY has no choice.
