My voting intentions remain unchanged - No to both schemes.
I fully expect a CR if VRL trades on as a listed entity. I also fully expect a Board shake down.
Shareholders have been sadly let down by a Board that are simply sick of the business and looking for the exit door. Absolutely disgraceful abandonment of duty.
