67m shares electing to retain shares if Scheme B gets up. VRC holds 66m of those.

Mittleman now has enough shares to block Scheme A on his own. Personally I believe there should be an announcement made on this.

Scheme B has a snowflakes chance in hell, requiring 90% of the around 60m "unannounced votes" to get up.

This takeover is dead, can we just scrap it and move on? The BoD and management need to be focusing on the upcoming Summer, with state borders re-opening and people itching to travel and be entertained.

The NSW government is handing out $100 hospitality vouchers per adult (4 x $25). Two of these vouchers can only be used for entertainment (cinema, theatre, theme parks etc). That's a $250m government handout direct to our industry. I'd expect other states to do similar (QLD don't have a budget as yet) and this will be a huge and swift boost for cinemas and theme parks.
