Paul Tyler is a non-executive chairman. Doesn't this make him a bit like the queen?
If so, is that so bad? maybe he has industry contacts and thats why he is on the baord.

I have researched the company and it looks good, but have just seen a company get dragged through the mud because of bad management, so you have got me very attentive to this issue
