I started monitoring BGL over the last few months and do believe in their product.
I think it is a bit difficult to assess at present what the effect will be of the CVA assets (base stations) that will be brought into BGL's business. Hypothetically there are a lot of opportunities with the CVA equipment on top of what BGL already owns.
I do believe a lot of synergies can be achieved with this takeover and irrespective of what the shareprice will do short term I believe it makes BGL more competitive and stronger in the telco market place.
