re: Ann: CVA: BGL:Intention to Make Takeover ... I'm attending the AGM on Wednesday so will post a full report of the anticipated revenue/profit and EPS. Back of an envelope calcuation..by close of 2011 should have $20M ( on a projected monthly basis )in revenue coming in, 130M shares on issue, profit of 5M for an EPS of 3.8. This is a company changing aquisition and was always going to happen, one way or another. They tried the other...didn't work...so it's happening this way. End of FY 2012...40 cents a share.
