Thanks for taking the time to write your post.
I am still uncomfortable with the takeover. I will need more info before I begin to feel comfortable.
I don't see how the synergies are that good given BGL has such wide coverage with its current network. I assume (need to do more research) that BGL may be paying a premium for existing CVA customers. If that is the case, then it could be a very good buy given the extra capacity BGL has on its network.
I am not a fan of share dilution (unless the shares sell at a premium NOT a discount to current share price).
I will be at the AGM and would love to catch up. I am new to the whole investing game and would be glad to learn from those around me.
