Hank....just a back of an envelope guess.....120MIll CVA shares on issue...35% offer from BGL give an extra 42M BGL shares...120 M x x.0182 cents in cash....means they need to raise $2.184 million...presume they will raise half (?)...so another 5 million share + 92 mill on issue....may be closer to 140 million....like I said.....very rough calculations....hope to know more tomorrow !
