Yes but they have a record of giving away rights and they are a soft touch. So you are telling me that they gave up a 16B a year TAM for a few million dollars. That is not rational management, they should have raised. They are now saying that they will raise anyway for Flavocide. That to me is poor judgement.
The share price largely is where it is because of their inability to explain the business model to the market and the expected returns. When the market see half the TAM given away they rightly say WTF. When he was asked about the return he just said it would be a small royalty.
