With the help of the WA Government plus the Federal Government and the US & allied Governments the plant is well placed to be built. As to the main factor of the partnership between Iwatani and COB being able to share to main costs as the companies decide equity between the two of them as to eventually shareholdings. The mine would come into play in time as demand grows as Iwatani sets longterm offtake agreements. Been hanging on for over a decade now expect to see some return IMO
