You can't really blame the management team for anything. It is what it is, price too low not sustainable for investment - at least for now. They did a good job in diversifying the business and keeping up some key operations - sometimes you just have to play the cards you got. Building a mining company in Australia, instead starting any business in Australia is costly and painful anyway. Keep it afloat for a couple of years, things should start to turn.
