In answer to your question soap,,,,,,. If only the refinery went ahead (which is possible with the support of Iwatani) it would have a profound effect on the share price. All of the rest of COB’s assets would then fall into place over time, the Broken Hill mine would be able to be financed at a later date as the Federal Government wants this major project to advance with the help of the US Government and it’s allies IMO.
