    I would assume they can’t announce details since CBE is one of their Xplor members and perhaps they’re negotiating with other Xplor parties and don’t want to give away terms. I would imagine that CBE would have announced as much as they were permitted to announce. They have exclusivity and that obviously needs to be announced to market.
