ME01 - You are right. The current nameplate on the mine is 57mt pa and DRR receives $1m per additional tonne. BHP have stated that they are increasing that to 145Mtp. So at full capacity, BHP will have paid us one-off payments amounting to $88m. (Say over the next 18-24mths).
I think it will be paid in line with ramp up but not 100%. Someone else may have better info.
We will then be eligble for the 1.232% of the Aus $ quarterly FOB revenue. I think the moisture loss at mine has been running at 6-7%. Even at normalised prices ($85/t USD) I get to 4/5% div yield per annum pre franking. Seems pretty solid.
