Probably 2/3rds of the employees will never ever read said strategy or any presentations. Actually more like 9/10. It's just a job to them.
Large corporates are focusing too much on identity politics. Didn't end so well for Hillary Clinton leading her campaign on it.
Shareholders (people) want real tangible results. Not obscene identity targets like employing 5% of people who identify as a 1 armed, half mongoose alien Rastafarian sheep herder who vapes organic menthol.
*end rant*
