As mentioned yesterday, BHP's Xplor program has enabled them to receive the results of 500 exploration companies results, and sign up the best ones for a mere 500k each. Note how most of the winners are copper explorers. In just these few, BHP has secured a working partnership with on some of the world's best new copper sites, and they havn't had to move from their office.
Obviously working smarter. (I wonder how many of the 496 companies that missed out on the partnetship were also copper explorers?)
