    Good to see a sizable move up, especially on a day like today. Was buying small parcels a year ago, but my attention wandered to other areas. Bought another parcel earlier this month, mainly because of their exposure to Patterson. Find the breadth of exposure of this explorer impressive and also their ability to entice the majors with the quality of their ground.
