Thanks mate, that's exactly how I understood it. The DESIGN has been approved, I wonder why that took so long given the fact the site was previously Tier 3 accredited.

I imagine there would be site visits etc for the construction accreditation to take place? Does anyone know how much that will cost and how DC2 will pay for it? Also are they allowed to send marketing teams out to promote "Bibra Lakes new credentials to the market" given its only design approval not construction approval? It sounds like they believe the construction accreditation could happen quickly, I genuinely hope it does.

Please note a few things below that I find particularly interesting. Take from it what you will.

Again, not trying to sound overly for/against here. Just trying to get my head around both sides of the story to get the full picture here
