Austinngo, I agree with your comments but the next couple of months will be very telling. I suspect it’s a case of looking at DC2 costs and really challenging where the value add is for every dollar spent. I struggle to see how they plan to make money. Imo they need to sell Bibra space to get more revenue to cover costs of growth.

At the moment they have sunk a lot of money into Bibra and before reaping the benefits moved onto Modular DC. Modular DC seems to be doing ok but Bibra is now a drag. They have to sort that! Even selling the space cheaply to get it full and then increase charges in a year or so would be better than not getting a decent return on the investment. At least then they could sit back and concentrate on Modular DC knowing they were getting a cash flow from BIbra to help cover overheads.
