Is there a rule that stops people from commenting? Are only people with buy or hold sentiment allowed to comment? I thought this is a free forum? Full disclosure, I owned this stock in the past.

And thanks for the invite. Used to live in Winthrop and Mt Lawley. Went to UWA for the bachelor degree. 950 bus straight from Beaufort to UWA via Esplanade. 1st job at the Maccas on Hay street where staff's room is underground and always flooded. I know the area quite well.
