It doesn't take much volume to move this stock. Market cap is so low, a few thousand shares and it'll move, so a single price sensitive announcement and it'll rise rapidly, and with the vast majority of traders being LT, I expect the fluctuations to be low. DYOR, but my opinion is that 40c will be a safe 60c by 01 May
