A Bridge to far because I don't think they will be part of this current deal, I think it was just too fast of a time frame to do everything that would have been needed to be done to get this deal done now. Now their off-take contracts will most certainly be part of this deal, and most likely if things pan out correctly they would be in the mix for deal #2. If in fact Tesla is part of the deal it would make sense, as they are masters of chasing government subsidies. In this case they would be double dipping from the US and Quebec because both sides would be putting up $$ at a very favorable interest rate.
