Not surprised at all that the BID has been extending further until Monday 15th June . Wouldn't be surprised either if it were deferred a further month or two on top of this either. That would then bring it in line with proceedings surrounding Nemaska as well , and would be more expected given the enormous re-structuring that one wold want to have from the Quebec Governments perspective as well. The reality is that these sorts decisions do not just occur around one single company operating in the much larger scheme of matters.

I also believe this sort of timing beyond June 30 would also make more sense from Sayona's point of view as well. Namely because there are a whole lot of tax rules surrounding Canada's different fiscal year which ends at the end on 31st March verses Sayona's which obviously balances off on 30th June. So whatever the outcome if at all on 15th June , no financial part of the transaction or settlement of the deal will occur prior to 30th June 2020. This of course is my opinion only.
