re: Ann: Bid for MAK - Substantial Holder Not... I can't resolve the issue, I don't have the ability. However from previous statements of ucl management and their major share holders, ucl don't think wonarah is economically attractive. Their prospective outlines that they will review this asset if their takeover attempt is successful ? How will this benefit mak s/h?
This takeover attempt isn't just about getting sandpiper into production, it is about control of all assets of mak.
My opinion is still that sandpiper needs to be controlled by one entity to progress, however I don't foresee ucl taking over mak or vice versa as a reasonable solution.
Potentially if a larger fertilizer business came in and purchased both business I would consider this.
