wow he is actually right Directors have no shares in this company? Why would they care how 'low ball' the offer is then? Unfortunately the top 20 own over 95% of shares, so the little guys here are gonna get no vote. Aio v FInance (Ireland) 75%? Do they have any loans payable with SGH? I assume this TO would settle all their loans etc, would be in their best interest to get this done if the case. Id have to read more into it
