I think your comment is fine. Bastion are not just wheeler/dealers but have invested in other mines internationally. Of course they spot an opportunity with XAM and want to profit from it. If they get XAM then they get other promising tenements in Mongolia apart from Kharmagtai, which they could on-sell later to Zijin anyway, and get funds for development of the other resources.
I think the offer price is a good value for Kharmagtai but not for the entirety of XAM.
