Yes, good find. A somewhat nasty disclosure to "encourage" XAM shareholders to accept their offer, and one which I am sure will have been discussed with the XAM Board. At least it has been put in the open. Another technique that can be used to get 100% of a company is to organise placements after gaining a strong holding that they pick up and so progressively dilute other SHs until the 90% threshold allowing compulsory take-over is reached.
