Ill cut them a bit more slack. If there was no competition Zijin would drive a very hard deal and we'd have got a poor price. The board needed to create competitive tension, and to do that they needed another bidder. To a certain extent they had to accept a less than ideal bid from Bastion to get things going. Hopefully Zijin will come back with something more beneficial for us, if not then we'll end up with a disappointing deal with Bastion in place of a disappointing deal we might have otherwise got form Zijin.
