They may want to use that as a hook to convince people. However, given its' a fantastic deal fro them as it is. I think they are going to want as much as thye can. Howerver, they & the ASX will warn us if they are delisting. Much more likely they will extend first. Anway you heard CM say one ( major?) reason thye issued the new shares to them is it could takes months to finailise and XAM don't want to run out of money.
All parties are psoturing (as oen does in T/O's). We konw about postuieng its' usually inversely proportional to the size of the posturer's equipent. Care to support their posturing ?
