    re: Ann: Bidder's Statement despatched to... The bidder's statement is so lacking in substance, so blatantly self-serving, so transparent in motive, it is almost not worth discussing. Almost.

    Section 1.3:

    "Wah Nam International has determined that it should move to take full ownership of Brockman, in order to justify assuming the risks associated with this further investment."

    means

    Wah Nam wants a higher return on its investment and one way to achieve this is by acquiring the shares of minority shareholders for almost nothing so that Wah Nam does not have to share as much of the future capital growth of the company with others.

    Here they are telling us that the risk/reward characteristics are not quite what they’d like. They'd like more reward. Will you please give us more reward so that we like our investment more?

    Let me respond in the same way Wah Nam would if posed the same question: "No."
