Share holders.

After reading the Bid document its noted that again Professional & Soph investors will be offered 416,666,667 million shares to raise $2.5 million this is not inclusive of the 300 million handed to Stunalara if 100% agree.
So this raise has to happen by 1st March 2025 so it must be well under way and just a matter of the clock ticking down. At the end of it all we will have 1.7026 Billion shares Approx when we hand over the proposed 300 million if 100% take up is achieved. So basically the on boarding has doubled the shares on offer since the new CEO has arrived.
There is the dilution of it all so they must be sure that there is something in it all to convince the sums raised to institutional investors.
