Given the wide share register of AGO, the scenario is not necessarily "unlikely" as you have put it, although usually the acquirer does not want to go down that path, as their are additional costs of reporting to the remaining members that they would prefer not to have to do.

If Gina gets 90% then she can compulsorily acquire the remaining 10%

Thank you @Timetotrade. One other reason that made me think the scenario was unlikely was that it is Twiggy that Gina will face as a minority holdet (not an ordinary Joe Blow she can push around).

Other reason for it being unlikely scenario is of couse that i would think for that very reason Twiggy would increase his stake to at least 25% to be able to block that situation.
