What will happen is anyone's guess. But i think the combined gxy company will have a few jumps in price. dfs is coming and combined market cap and possible entry to the asx top 200.
If i was in your situation and was in profit with my gmm shares id probably sell gmm now and buy into gxy before the merge. This isnt advice tho, just my own opinion based on my thoughts.
