not following you here mate...forgive me if this is a dumb questions, but when i read point (a) it sounds like you are saying that if say I vote yes, but majority does not (hypothetical) does that mean my shares still get converted? if so, fk yeah that's awesome! but i always thought it was all shareholders or nothing
