Well we have now made a MAJOR MAJOR step forward in the AHR takeover.

We have a FORMAL offer @ $0.28.
The C.S.J Group HAVE been buying shares on market. (1.492Mill)
Formal offer has been received just before the statuary deadline.(one Month)
The offer has no closure date. (45 Days earliest)
It?s a CASH offer. (Not a share offer)
The C.S.J Group seem only whish to but the Antimony deposit/tenement. (Shareholders could end up with shares in the balance of AHRs tenements)
Intends to make a separate offer for the options unless converted. (Directors/employees should be happy)

AHR now have the formal legal details to start negotiations with the C.S.J Group and any other interested party.
Understandably the C.S.J Group will down play the deposit but would be fully aware of its potential otherwise they would not make an offer.

THE QUESTION IS has AHR got the INDEPENDENT scoping study? This is the negotiation tool all parties require and is the trump card to AHR?s formal reply to the C.S.J Group.

ALSO is the trump card and $$$ justification should any other party make an offer.

We should now see the share price move above the offer price (0.28) as the market will be expecting a better offer and I wounder if the C.S.J Group can approach key holders to secure the holding??? (to date the C.S.J Group have been buying under the offer price)

WE have clearly moved past round one of the negotiation game and we wait for AHR to make the next move. (Hopefully announce a 2nd or 3rd part interest.) after all SRL have a antimony processing plant (Decommissioned) app 100Km via sealed road at Hillgrove.
