    Last night Mosman traded at 11.5 p. That is almost 22 cents Australian.

    makes the bid price 2.2. cents which is a huge premium over the 1.4 cent MEO price today.

    Over 5.6 m shares traded, that is 56 m MEO shares pre the bid.

    So Mosman are offering a huge premium in a very liquid share.
