Actually I think you will find 9.62 is closer to 19 cents, so about 1.9 cents a share.
that is a .04 a share premium, or a 25 % premium on current MEO price.
Interestingly Mosman seems to have good volume as well.
Maybe an arbitrage position coming eventually?
