Frankly i can only see a long drawn out process with HML under a legal cloud or an unlikely trading life under JBL with a substantial reduction in value but perhaps a quicker tax loss (if buyers ever materialise). Both grim. Both due to Director incompetence and hubris.
A disgrace.
