I'm referring to Gold explorers with bigger resource base but with market capitalisation at a mere fraction of SPX's $210m .

lMaybe Ramelius directors don't want to alert their shareholders that SPX shareholders will end up owning 18% of the enlarged company for their piddly 355,000 ounzes.
